I sip on my steaming hot tea. I burned my tongue. It hurts but not as much as you did.Everyone stares at me noticing.Noticing something is wrong. But I didn't notice you were wrong all along.Everything I do reminds me of you. when I wake every morning, I sometimes think you're laying next to me with your curly brown hair. When I hear people laughing I think of your smile. When I see my dead wilting plants I think of your green eyes. Now that you're gone I drink dark coffee and sing sad romance songs. Now that you're gone I don't go for morning jogs or late night drives. Now that you're gone the bills aren't paid and the mail is unopened. Now that you're gone I'm addicted to your favorite cigarettes. Now that you're gone I don't even know how to finish this or if I'll make it til then.
